Beltania 2018 has several lodging options. Only limited tent camping available. We offer yurts and cabins, available by the bed in a shared room or book an entire room by purchasing as many admission tickets as beds in the room. RV parking spaces are available. Commuters are also welcome!
All cabins have living rooms with wood burning fireplaces, free firewood, two communal bathrooms per cabin with showers, private parking, electricity, and heat. Dormitory style; All beds are twin beds or twin size bunkbeds. 4-6 bedrooms in each cabin, with 2-4 beds per room. Bring your own linens and towels. View our Campground Map to see the location of each cabin.
Most rooms sleep 4 people in 2 bunkbeds. There are a VERY few rooms with 2 or 3 beds. Those who request private rooms must have 2-4 people and rooms will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Choose from one of several theme cabins! We have two cabins exclusively reserved for families with children. We have an Elders Cabin, a Women-Only cabin, a quiet all-genders cabin, and two cabins that are all genders with no theme, just general camping.
We will try to place you in the theme cabin of your choice. If you wish to room with another party that has purchased tickets separately, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yurts are large cabin-like structures with solid floors and low sides with a high peak tent-like canvas top and skylight. All yurts are close to the bathhouse and have electricity but no heat. Each yurt sleeps 12 people in 6 bunkbeds. Bring your own sleeping bag and linens to go on the bunkbeds.
Rent an entire yurt by purchasing 12 admissions at once. Or, get a single bed for each person in your party in a shared yurt.
Theme Yurts: There is a women-only yurt, a men-only yurt, an all-genders quiet yurt, and an all-genders yurt with no theme. Please note, infants and children are not allowed in yurts due to the lack of heat. Children age 10+ are permitted to camp with their parents in the family yurt.
All RV parking spaces are level spots on gravel or pavement. Located near the dining hall and Ponderosa Lodge. No hookups. Come with your own water and solar or other electrical if needed. Generators may be used from 2-5pm only unless they are “silent” generators.
Only 30 admission tickets for tent campers are allotted for 2018. Tent campers will be emailed a questionnaire after registering to ensure their gear to demonstrates readiness for winter/spring conditions which can include snow, rain, hills, winds, and temperature extremes as well as flooding. Park in the tent camping area near Inglis Hall no more than 5 feet away from the road. Tent camping areas are found between Taylor Chapel and Willow Cabin, including the area around Inglis Hall.
No area of the grounds is off-limit to kids; in past years our tent camping area by Inglis Hall was for adults only. That is not the case this year. All tent camping areas are open to all ages to walk through the grounds at any time. However, we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to camp in a tent. This is because of the high possibility of inclement weather.
There is a wood burning fire for your enjoyment behind Inglis Hall, called the Wild Woods Fire Circle. There will be celebratory and loud drumming and dancing taking place in the evenings until almost 10pm. At 10pm the fire becomes a quiet fire circle and the drumming moves to Ponderosa Lodge.
If you are commuting, please keep your wristband on or be prepared to show ID each time you enter. You will be able to enter and exit as desired.
