Gentle Morning Yoga- beginner friendly all level’s slow flow. Easy restorative asanas (poses) with a focus on mindfulness, balance, and breath. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal if you would like to take notes for the Saturday class. Yoga is good for every BODY!
