Prana manifests itself in 5 different Vayus, or winds, that govern their own flow and functions. Come join us for a light yoga practice and more in depth breathwork, or pranayama. Learn how to channel the 5 winds to best optimize your physical and spiritual practices and find balance and wellbeing.
